1. Introduction

Welcome to Reech! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and website. By creating an account or using Reech, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Definitions

"Reech": Refers to our platform, services, and website.
"You" or "User": Refers to any individual or entity using Reech, including YouTube Creators and TikTok Creators.
"YouTube Creator": A User who creates campaigns to promote their YouTube videos.
"TikTok Creator": A User who participates in campaigns by creating TikTok videos.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Reech. By using our platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Creation

Users must create an account to access Reech services. A single account can manage multiple profiles (e.g., YouTube Creator and TikTok Creator). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

5. Campaigns

YouTube Creators: You can create campaigns to promote your YouTube videos by specifying objectives, a budget, and conditions. Budgets must be prepaid, and Reech deducts a 5% fee upon payment.

TikTok Creators: You can participate in campaigns by creating TikTok videos that meet the objectives set by YouTube Creators. Successful participation entitles you to a share of the campaign budget, less a 5% fee.

6. Refunds and Credits

If no TikTok Creator achieves the objectives of a campaign:

The YouTube Creator will receive a refund in credits, subject to a 20% refund fee.
Credits can only be used to create new campaigns and are non-refundable.

7. Fees

Reech charges:

5% on campaign payments.
5% on funds distributed to TikTok Creators.
20% on refunds issued to YouTube Creators for unmet campaign objectives.

Fees are non-refundable.

8. User Responsibilities

Ensure all content complies with applicable laws and platform guidelines.
Avoid prohibited content such as hate speech, violence, or false claims.
Use Reech services in good faith.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create. By using Reech, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your content for purposes related to our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

Reech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

11. Termination

Reech reserves the right to terminate your account for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

12. Changes to Terms

Reech may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of Reech constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
